    Our team will check the latest availability & rates for you, and either assist to secure your desired apartment, or provide similar alternatives that will exceed your expectations.

  • No, of course not - all are welcome. While we mostly host students looking for more space and flexibility than regular student accommodation we also have many working professionals and corporate clients seeking luxury apartments for their extended stays.

  • Guests can decide how long they want to stay - whether that's for a few weeks or a few years. You only pay for the number of nights you choose. Speak to us to get tailored quote for your chosen dates.

  • The prices are per apartment. We offer free dual occupancy depending on apartment type.

    For example - a studio apartment can sleep a maximum of 2 guests. A two bedroom apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 guests, etc.

  • If you decide to cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date, we require a 4 week cancellation fee.

    If you decide to cancel after you’ve already checked-in then the break clause is valid from the 90th night onwards, with 1 months notice to vacate your apartment.

  • Our rates reflect the quality, location, service & amenities individual to each apartment.

    We offer the best private student apartments, so you will find us at the higher end of the market.

    There are of course cheaper accommodation options out there with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for a Student Luxe apartment.

  • No - nor do we need the entire payment for the duration of your stay up front. We appreciate that many of our guests are not from the UK, so we do not require guarantors or credit checks. Payments can be split into 1,2,3 or 4 instalments.

  • Yes. 5 star hotel-standard bedding is provided. If you would like to bring your own let us know and we can make special arrangements.

  • Yes. All of our apartments come fully furnished, with fully-equipped kitchens. They have all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, etc that you might need.

  • While all bills are included in our rates, other expenses like your travel, food, tuition, airport transfers etc are not.

  • Yes. Our maid cleaning service is included with every Student Luxe stay. This includes fresh linen for the bedroom, towels and toiletries for the bathroom.

  • Yes. The apartment is yours for the period of your contract. Friends & family can visit and make use of any additional sofa beds provided.
